Legal notice and the law of 19 July 1977

This site is public and free, with no account or identification. It sets no cookie on visitors' devices and loads no third-party advertising or tracking script.

The figures on this site are model results, not polls. Law no. 77-808 of 19 July 1977 treats vote simulations built from polls as polls: as a precaution, the site applies the same rules to its own figures as to polls. No decision of the Commission des sondages rules on this classification.

Under Article 11, no poll may be published or commented on the day before and the day of each round. The site therefore automatically hides, for each of the two rounds, the probabilities, vote shares, polls, head-to-heads, markets and the explanation of changes, from Saturday 00:00 to Sunday 20:00 (Paris time). News that does not cite a poll remains accessible. For each published poll, the pollster, the client, the fieldwork dates, the sample size, the method and, where it exists, the notice filed with the Commission des sondages are shown next to the figures; information missing from our data is marked "not given".
